Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
- Current unrestricted Arizona license or ability to obtain one
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
- J1 and H1b candidates are welcome to apply
