HonorHealth, a nationally recognized non-profit integrated health system, is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon with specialized expertise in LVAD and mechanical circulatory support to join our growing Cardiovascular Surgical Program in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. About the Role
We are actively recruiting a 5th Cardiac Surgeon to support rapidly growing cardiovascular volumes across our expanding system. The ideal candidate will bring:
Substantial experience in durable and temporary LVAD support, including patient selection, implantation, and longitudinal management
Comfort with advanced heart failure (non-transplant), mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and high-acuity ICU collaboration
Non-mechanical support Cardiac Surgeons in high volume CBAG programs with excellent outcomes also encouraged to apply
Strong clinical judgment, collaborative demeanor, and passion for innovation and teaching
Interest in minimally invasive and robotic approaches welcomed
