NeoGenomics (NeoGenomics.com) is looking for a Senior Molecular Pathologist & CLIA Laboratory Director to join our Medical Staff team as part of our growth and expansion in Durham, NC.

NeoGenomics is a high-volume oncology-focused commercial laboratory specializing in Molecular & NGS testing. You will be joining a team of experienced Pathologists nationwide. In this role you will serve as a professional and a leader on the medical team. In addition to contributing to clinical case review and sign-out of NeoGenomics' broad next-generation sequencing (NGS) portfolio, you will lead the launch and continued growth of a high-impact, solid-tumor minimal residual disease (MRD) assay, having end-to-end responsibility for ensuring medical quality, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence across the full test menu run in the Durham laboratory.

You must possess the ability to handle a significant volume of work in a multifaceted, fast-moving, and collaborative environment, with a commitment to becoming a strong member of the team and a dedication to outstanding customer service. 

This position requires a M.D. Degree; Board-certified in Molecular Genetic Pathology and some experience in Hematopathology is also preferred. Previous experience in a leadership role is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain a North Carolina medical license is required.
